Tigerclaw: So, yeah… it’s almost Christmas I got Darkstripe a basket full of dead mice. You know, a feast? heh heh, well… I just hope that that mangy furball got me something, you know? *Sigh* Sometimes you just never know with Darkstripe…..

Frosty Air

Darkstripe: So, it’s the second day of October, and is 60 degrees outside! Brrrrr! Right now, I’m in my den shivering to death! My paws are cold, my whiskers are numb, and my tail feels like it’s about to fall right off! Yeah, so I might be exaggerating, but so what? Holy Starclan it’s cold!! See the picture down below? That’s Tigerclaw. This morning, out on patrol, a snow drift fell on him. lol. He was ‘ol mad and embarassed, but Whitewing and I were litterally rolling on the floor laughing!

And, um, yeah, here’s me freezing my bumb off!
So anyway, there hasn’t been that much going on in camp. Well, no, actually, I take that back. Hmm…whats his name…ah yes, Snowkit I belive. Yes, well he was deaf, see? So there was this hawk circling camp, and it swooped in and snatched Snowkit away. Poor kit…

And what else? Tigerclaw is a father! Yup, his mate, Goldenflower is expecting kits soon. As for me, I’m not interested in looking for a mate right now.. Doesn’t really bother me though…

Oh, and Yellowfang has a new apprentice, Cinderpaw. I know, I know, that used to be Fireheart’s apprentice. But since she now has a lame leg, she can’t train to become a warrior. Pitty. So yeah, now Yellowfang is training her to become a medicine cat..

Darkstripe: Yellowfang is such a meanie. End of story. :/

Like, the other day, I had a thorn in my paw. So I went up to Yellowfang and asked her to take it out. She looked at me, like I was some lousy piece of foxdung, and stalked off to her den and told me to get lost. Huh! Of all the nerve! And she’s our medicene cat! Well, I think she should just go back to stupid Shadowclan.

Meanwhile, I had to take the thorn out myself. And I could’ve sworn I saw her laughing at me from her den.

Darkstripe’s Perspective

Darkstripe: Ok. So. Yeah. So Tigerclaw and I went to the beach! I know, I know. Tigerclaw told you guys all about it. But, I bet you he didn’t tell you that a crab pinched his nose, that a seagull splatted on him, and a dog chased him into the ocean, and then the waves crashed him on shore! Yes, Tigerclaw didn’t have a good time. But I did! I caught fish, built sand dens, and ate mollusks from those tall, twisty shells. My fun ended when, Tigerclaw, the killjoy, decided to head on back to Thunderclan. Man, I liked the beach. Or should I say, the Sun Drown Place? lol.

Here’s a picture of us at the beach. Tigerclaw’s the brown one sitting in the sun, and I’m the dark one in the corner.

But now I get to train my apprentice, Fernpaw some more! Yay! She’s so awesome and learns so quick. She already knows how to hunt mice, squirrells, black birds, and thrushes. Amazing, eh? *shrugs* Tigerclaw doesn’t have an apprentice anymore. Did he tell you that? No? Well, Ravenpaw ran away. Poor kid. Tigerclaw never really did like him. So, I can’t blame him for leaving…

Back from the Beach

Tigerclaw: So…Darkstripe and I slipped out of camp and went to the beach. Of course, we didn’t stay too long. Bluestar would get curious and start asking questions. Don’t want that to happen, trust me. Anywho, remember that time when I found Darkstripe out of camp, staring at me? Well, while we were at the beach, I asked him what he was doing. He said he was just making dirt. Ha, yeah right. How gullible does he think I am? Stupid Darkstripe. Anywho, Darkstripe was given an apprentice yesterday; Fernpaw. I don’t know what Bluestar was thinking about giving him an apprentice. Now Darkstripe think’s he is all that just becuase he has an apprentice to train. Huh. In fact, he told me yesterday that he’ll become deputy before me. Yeah, as if. I’ve been going after deputy for moons. I’ve even killed Redtail for it! But no, Bluestar made Lionheart deputy instead. :/

Well, I got to go on patrol now.

Back at Camp

Tigerclaw: Ok, so we’re back at Thunderclan camp. I told Bluestar that Skyclan’s perfectly fine. Of course, she wanted to everything that happened. So Darkstripe and I told her about hunting with them, finding more cats to join them, and some dog attacks. She totally believed it. Oh, and you must be wondering why she didn’t smell our band on our pelts, right? Well, we rolled ourselves in everything you could find in a forest. Fox dung, water, herbs, etc.

So, yeah. The clan is happy to have us back. In fact, there’s a gathering tonight. Bluestar already told us that Darkstripe and I could come! Oh, and I saw Darkstripe singing some of our band lyrics out on border patrol this morning. That stupid furball better stop, or else the warriors are gonna start asking questions…

Tigerclaw: So, our first gig is tonight at the Rat’s Nest! No, its not a real rat nest. It’s just the name of the bar we’re playing at. After this gig, Darkstripe and I have to return to Thunderclan. Its been a couple of moons since we were gone, so I bet the clan is worried. Darkstripe is really bummed about going back to camp. Oh well, hopefully this gig will cheer him up.

So, I’ll tell you all about the gig and the trek home to Thunderclan tomorrow.

Hanging Around

Darkstripe: Ok, so the band thing is going good. Raven, Ash, and Mud are all very good players. Mud plays bass, Ash plays guitar, Mud plays drums, Tigerclaw and I sing and play guitars. We’ve made some songs. Going live next week. Wanna know how we sound like? Well, this video of Skillet should give you a good idea:

Tigerclaw: Darkstripe and I are gonna stay at the barn with Raven, Ash, and Mud for a little while longer. We want to go to a few gigs, have fun, and just hang out, you know? I’m sorta glad we don’t have any warrior duties right now.

Recruits☠

Tigerclaw: Ok, so today was our first day out finding some band recruits. Darkstripe and I found some! There names are: Raven, Ash, and Mud.

This is Raven. He’s a pretty easy-going kind of guy. Darkstripe and I first found him hiding in a dumpster last night, preparing to attack us. But when we told him who we were, he totally freaked out. Have you ever seen someone high on Red Bull? Well, thats what Raven was like. He totally wanted to join us. If you want my opinion, this cat has way too much energy. :/

Meet Ash. This cat is totally awesome. We met him this morning at some garden-type-place. Ash has an amazing life: he has a pound to fish from, there’s a back alley that has TONS of mice and rats, and the dumpsters have delicous scraps. Plus, Ash has an awesome den-type-thing. He was pretty hard to recruit, ‘cuz at first he didn’t seem interested in joining. But thankfully, Raven persuaded him.

This is Mud. He’s one of those guys who you do not want to meet in a dark alley. But of course, Darkstripe and I did. Mud is quite the fighter, let me tell you. We ended our little brawl when a stray dog heard us and started to chase us. Mud liked our ferocity and wanted to become immediate allies. We told him about the band, and he digged it.

Darkstripe: So yeah, now you’ve heard of our new recruits. What do ya think of them? Tigerclaw and I are gonna start training with them tomorrow at some abandoned two-leg barn near Windclan territory. Wish us luck!

Darkstripe: Sometimes I dream about forming my own band and just rocking out at midnight gigs with Tigerclaw. Let me tell you, if I weren’t a warrior in Thunderclan, I would so be there. Have you heard of Rise Against? Yeah, big fan. But, Tigerclaw and I are planing on sneaking out of camp for a few days, round up a band of rogues, and fulfill our dream of becoming rockstars. That’s what Tigerclaw and I want to be down below:

Tigerclaw: So, yeah. Darkstripe and I are gonna leave camp for a couple of days. We told Bluestar that we had some dream from Starclan that we must visit Skyclan for something. Yeah, I don’t know either. Anyway, so…we’ll tell you how it goes. ☠
